All postage charges are clearly marked in the shopping basket. If special delivery is required, please inform us and we will provide a quote for postage and packaging depending upon your specific requirements.

On submitting your order form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, listing your order details. If these are not correct, please contact Skin Magic immediately. Orders are produced, processed and despatched within 14 business days. If there are any exceptions to this (for example, due to the size of your order or a backlog of orders) we will call or e-mail you immediately. You can then decide whether you wish to wait (we will estimate a delivery date), or to receive a full refund. Once the goods have been despatched you will receive an email informing you of this, and the method of shipping. Orders received in the post or over the phone will not receive any confirmation unless otherwise requested (if requested, this confirmation will be provided in a phone call).

In most cases, goods are sent using First Class Royal Mail. For larger orders (or if a special delivery service is required), delivery will be via Royal Mail or by one of our Carrier Services which both require a signature of receipt. If you will not be at home please provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery. If you are not at home the courier will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery. During the lead up to, and just after holiday periods, mail traffic inevitably slows down or is delayed so bear this in mind if you are placing an order just before Christmas, Easter or a Bank Holiday.

Orders from abroad: This website is currently only able to process orders from within the UK . If you would like to order from elsewhere, please contact us first and we will make special arrangements for you. Shipping will be charged at cost in this instance. We reserve the right to cancel overseas orders in cases where administration costs would prove prohibitive, or where insurance coverage or import/export laws may prove to be an issue.

We maintain high levels of stock, and use suppliers that deliver our products and ingredients at short notice. In the unlikely event that the ingredients for your item are not in stock, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for it to be delivered. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Make sure to inspect the general condition of the package when accepting it. In the event you do receive a damaged shipment, notify the delivery person and contact Skin Magic. In the case of damages incurred during transit, all packaging materials must be kept for inspection by the Carrier Company or Royal Mail. This does not affect your statutory rights.
