We accept personal cheque, postal orders, and any of the payment mechanisms supported by Worldpay.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason. This 7-day period begins the day after receipt of the goods. This does not include items that have been personalised or made to your specifications, such as specific items ordered under the Skin Magic Bodycare range after consultation with a Skin Magic specialist. To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing by first-class post, fax, or e-mail, quoting your name, address and contact telephone number. Please note, a telephone call is NOT sufficient. If the product is not faulty and you require a refund, you must return the goods to us AT YOUR EXPENSE (including all packaging, product boxes, etc.) unopened and in exactly the same condition in which the goods were supplied to you. Skin Magic recommend that you do not destroy or dispose of the packaging in which the goods are supplied until you know that you do not intend to return the goods.
Returns
Please make a copy of the invoice that you receive with your shipment. If you need to return your purchase, please write return/exchange information on the reverse side and include it with your merchandise. Please ship your package to the address listed in the ‘contact us’ section. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. If goods returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund any money, unless the product was reported as being delivered in a damaged state. We will tell you this in writing by letter, fax, or e-mail. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may collect the goods from us before the expiry of the 90-day period, if you wish, or you may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period. Please contact us to discuss a possible return BEFORE you send anything to us.
Refunds
We will notify you via once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT has been included in all prices quoted. All other orders are VAT free. When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you since we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. We will try to assist wherever possible.
Security
Skin Magic are in the process of securing a contract with a secure internet payment provider. More details will be provided when the payment system is fully operational.
If for any reason you do not wish to pay by credit card, you may pay by cheque or postal order, but the order will not be processed until the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 7 working days.
Privacy Policy
Skin Magic Limited respects your privacy and is totally committed to protecting your personal information at all times. We only collect and use information about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No information is collected prior to you reaching the checkout, at which point we will need various personal details to process your order. Once you make a purchase from our online store, your name becomes part of our customer file. This is to allow use to forward Skin Magic catalogue mailings from us in the future. We will never however divulge your details to third parties. If you do not wish to receive any promotional offers you can indicate this whilst giving us your details during the checkout procedure. Be assured that any information that we have collected from you is not given or sold to advertisers, agencies or third parties. We may also contact you regarding your order (assuming that it is deemed to be within your interest, and is of importance in completing the order)
Complaints
If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or have a complaint it will be handled in a fair and confidential manner. In this case, please write to us detailing the nature of the complaint and what you would expect from us in order to resolve the complaint satisfactorily. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 business days and a timescale of action will be given to you. We would normally expect to fully resolve the complaint within 2 weeks of the initial contact. This does not affect your statutory rights
